Yes, one-way bookings are allowed but not all combinations are offered. If you select an pick-up and return location combination which are not allowed you will receive an error when you submit the search form. Then kindly try again with another combination.
Yes, you can cancel your car rental up to 24 hours before pick-up. If you cancel within this period points that are still valid will be returned to your EuroBonus account. Points that have expired will not be refunded.
No. You cannot change a car rental paid with EuroBonus points. You must cancel your rental and make a new booking online. Due to dynamic pricing, the price may change.
No. If you meet the cancellation policy, your EuroBonus points will be refunded to your account. However, points that have expired since the booking was made will not be refunded.
If you do not pick up your car, and have not canceled your booking in accordance with applicable rules, the points will not be refunded.
Your points will be returned to your account right after you have cancelled your booking. If your booking is paid with points that have expired between booking and cancellation you will not receive the expired points back.
